En el punto más cercano a la playa se levanta el restaurante buffet panorámico y de arquitectura típicamente canaria. En él el disfrute de la gastronomía va acompañado del disfrute visual del mar y la montaña por un lado, y de la piscina y el jardín por otro. ¡Desayunar es un placer! Una gran variedad de productos, fríos y calientes, hacen que el desayuno en nuestro hotel se prolongue, se cree tertulia y sobremesa empezando el día con alegría tanto en el interior del restaurante como en la terraza exterior, bajo la pérgola o bajo el ficus gigante, que da también su deliciosa sombra a las horas de mediodía para tomar el aperitivo en el Bar de Piscina o bien comer refrescantes ensaladas, sabrosas tapas o los variados platos del día. En la cena se ofrece un delicioso Buffet, en el que podemos encontrar desde platos internacionales destacando el Buffet Canario, donde se puede degustar una extensa muestra de cocina tradicional palmera y canaria, además de los vegetarianos e infantiles. Aunque no existe un servicio “a la carta” en nuestro buffet restaurante sí se puede reservar con un día de antelación cualquier menú de los contenidos en la Carta de Menús de Gala dirigidos a grupos con un mínimo de seis comensales; es esta, sin duda, una opción que se debe elegir si se desea satisfacer los paladares más exigentes, al mismo tiempo que disfrutar de la mejor cocina que se elabora en la Isla de La Palma acompañada del más esmerado servicio. El punto de encuentro ideal en la tarde noche es el Bar Orquídea, donde sentarse en la terraza tenuemente iluminada a tomar alguno de los exquisitos cócteles de su amplia carta de bebidas, rodeados de orquídeas, plantas autóctonas, palmeras de más de 300 años, escuchando música en vivo o simplemente acompañados por el ruido del agua en la fuente, se convierte en un verdadero placer, pues sin darnos apenas cuenta nos contagiamos de esa sensación de calma y tranquilidad que aquí, en la isla de La Palma, brota por doquier. The large selection of food items, both hot and cold, means that breakfast time in our hotel tends to be a prolonged affair, with chatting and friendly conversation arising naturally and giving a positive start to the day... whether you sit inside the restaurant or on the outdoor terrace, under the pergola or beneath the giant Ficus. The tree also sheds its cool shade in the middle of the day, and makes the ideal place for an aperitif, at the Pool Bar, or for having a refreshing salad, tasty tapas, or one of the varied dishes of the day. At dinner, a delicious buffet is served, offering not only international cuisine but also, at the tempting Buffet Canario, the chance to savour a wide selection of traditional palmeran and Canary Island specialities, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. The ideal meeting point for the evening is the Orquídea Bar, where the softly-lit terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a delicious cocktail from the extensive drinks menu, in a relaxing atmosphere surrounded by orchids, indigenous plants and palm trees over 300 years old, with live music to listen to, or just the gentle sound of water at the fountain. Almost without realising it, you will be imbued with that feeling of calm and tranquillity which here, on the island of La Palma, emanates everywhere. Typisch palmerische Restauration.
